Here we cook and serve with love. Elif has an ear for the concerns of every guest even in the greatest stress! I feel at home here and when I think of the desserts my mouth watered, just visually.

I like to be with friends and acquaintances here. It's a nice atmosphere. Everything is right: the service is always friendly, and the food is always good and tasty. You can also sit outside when it's not raining.

The food was good overall, but not enough french fries side dish. In addition, you have to complain about the prices which are clearly too high. A grill plate which I get in the same place for € 17 costs € 24 here.

Today we happened to be in the town hall bistro to eat. Hubby wanted to refresh his memories of Mechernich again. I'm not sorry that we went to eat there, sitting outside despite Corona and being able to eat deliciously totally uncomplicated. The food (baked potato with salmon and salad) was delicious. If we are around again we will definitely come back to eat.

In the middle of Mechernich. Sitting comfortably both inside and outside. Coffee, cake, hot dishes are all good. Service very friendly. With larger groups you unfortunately have to wait longer for the food.

Nice service and really delicious schnitzel! The salad was fresh too and not boring at all as it was garnished with herbs etc. The portion for the really good price was huge.

I really like to eat in the Rathaus Bistro. Nice service, nice restaurant and very tasty food. That's where I like to eat my beloved mushroom cream schnitzel. Thursday is always schnitzel day. But the other dishes are also highly recommended. On nice days you can also sit comfortably outside.
